The rivalry between the Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Rams has been lopsided recently, and unfortunately, not in the Seahawks’ favor. However, the intense animosity between the two teams remains strong.
A few weeks ago, the Seahawks and Rams faced off in a dramatic afternoon game in Seattle, which the Rams won 26-20 in overtime. The Seahawks were understandably upset by the loss, but they bounced back by winning their next three games to take the division lead. Meanwhile, Rams defensive lineman Braden Fiske, one of the team’s stars, had a different kind of frustration. In a recent appearance on the “Up & Adams Show,” Fiske was asked about his favorite sack from his impressive rookie season. Surprisingly, he chose one of the two sacks he had against the Seahawks. “Any of the Seattle ones… I’m tired of hearing from their fans, that’s why,” Fiske said. “Oh yeah, Seattle fans are the worst. You walk into the stadium, and there’s always that guy with the sign, always chirping. I try to stay off social media, but the fans get to me. They don’t stop.”

Seahawks fans are known for their passion, and it’s rare to see an opposing player express such strong dislike for them after just one game. Fiske’s comments show just how much tension exists between the teams and their fanbases.
The Seahawks and Rams will meet again in Los Angeles for their final regular-season game on January 5, which could have major NFC West playoff implications. Even if the game doesn’t affect the standings, though, it’s clear there will be no love lost between these rivals.
